That&#8217;s the number one regret of people at the end of their lives. Bronnie Ware was an Australian nurse who worked in palliative care over several years. She had a front row seat to listen to people&#8217;s assessment of their lives and hindsight is 20\/20. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So for many of these people, they realized that the end of their lives that many of their dreams went unfulfilled. In fact, more than half of their dreams for many of them went unfulfilled and they regret because they realized that was due to decisions they had made or not made in their lives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, what was the one ingredient that was missing that kept them from making those decisions and to fulfill their dreams is summed up in one word: courage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another missing ingredient is health. According to these veterans of life, health brings a freedom that few realize until they no longer have it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So you don&#8217;t have to wait till the end of your life to do a life assessment and only then discover all the dreams and goals that went unfulfilled.
