Leadership is about observable results and performance. However, like an Olympic athlete, the performance you see in a few minutes is the result of years of training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the training arena for leaders? It is what others don\u2019t see, at least not physically. It\u2019s what lies beneath the surface, your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Being aware of them, how they influence you, how you face them and not allow yourself to be controlled by them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
